  • Telegram user ID (if you interact with the GoldTrading.AI Telegram bot)
  • Any messages or commands sent to the Telegram bot

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Anonymous usage analytics if analytics services are enabled
  • Cookies necessary for the platform to function (session management)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to:

  • Deliver the GoldTrading.AI service (market analysis, event summaries, ICT breakdowns)
  • Send Telegram notifications you have subscribed to
  • Monitor platform performance and diagnose technical issues
  • Improve the AI analysis quality and service reliability

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or to make automated decisions that affect you legally or similarly.

3. Third-Party Services

GoldTrading.AI uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Anthropic Claude APIAI-generated market analysis. Prompts containing market data are sent to Anthropic's servers. No personal user data is included in prompts.
SupabaseDatabase hosting for market event data. Stores anonymised market intelligence data only.
Yahoo Finance / ForexFactoryMarket data, news feeds, and economic calendar data fetched server-side.
Telegram Bot APIFor users who opt in to Telegram notifications. Governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy.
n8n (workflow automation)Self-hosted automation server that orchestrates data fetching and processing.

4. Data Storage & Security

Market intelligence data (economic events, AI summaries, ICT analysis) is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

We retain server access logs for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes. Telegram interaction logs are not stored beyond what is necessary for delivering the service.

5. Cookies

GoldTrading.AI uses only technically necessary cookies required for the website to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
